Wellness, not medicine. Sensitive Sleepers offers gentle sound designed to promote calm, for wellness and relaxation. Nothing on this site, our channel, or in our products is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Solfeggio frequencies are a sonic tradition, not a clinical intervention, and we make no claim that they treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always follow safe-sleep guidance appropriate to your child's age, and consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concern.

Who this is for

Our audio is intended to play in the background of a child's sleep environment, supervised by a responsible adult who follows current safe-sleep guidelines. The Services are operated for use by adults; if you are under 18, please use them only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Digital products & purchases

Ebooks, workbooks, and audio sets are sold as digital downloads. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Each product page states its price in advance. You'll receive access immediately after a successful payment, typically by download link or email.
Refunds: if a digital product genuinely isn't right for you, contact hello@sensitivesleepers.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Intellectual property

"Sensitive Sleepers," "SafeSignal™," the SafeSignal mark, and all original audio, artwork, copy, and design on this site are the property of Sensitive Sleepers (or used with permission). You may listen to and enjoy our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not re-upload, resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our audio or written work.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the Services to do anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site, or to scrape or republish our content at scale. We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who misuses the Services.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is," for wellness and relaxation purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensitive Sleepers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
